Terms for using VeraTable, including SMS messaging program terms.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to veratable.com and related VeraTable marketing pages operated by BLUE716 LLC (“VeraTable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Separate product terms may apply when you create or use a VeraTable account.

Website and product information

This website provides information about VeraTable and may allow you to request contact, apply for programs, or access links to interactive demonstrations. Product descriptions, previews, and examples may describe planned or in-development capabilities and are not a guarantee of current functionality, uptime, or outcomes.

SMS messaging program

VeraTable may send SMS text messages to users who affirmatively opt in to receive operational and account-related messages associated with their VeraTable service. Examples may include operational briefings, service alerts, demand or weather notifications, account notifications, and other requested operational communications.

You must affirmatively opt in before VeraTable sends you SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing VeraTable services.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a VeraTable message. After a successful opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive VeraTable SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these messaging terms from time to time. The current version will remain available at https://veratable.com/terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, interfere with service operation, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through forms or other channels.

No warranty on this site

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUE716 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
