Depending on how you interact with VeraTable, we may collect: your name; email address; phone or mobile number; business or venue name; account credentials and profile information; messages and other information you submit through forms; operational restaurant or food-service data you or connected systems provide (such as sales, labor, scheduling, weather context, or venue history where applicable); information about connected service providers or imports you authorize; technical information such as browser type, device identifiers, IP address, and standard server logs; and cookies or similar technologies where analytics or site functionality are enabled.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve VeraTable; respond to inquiries and applications; provide requested product features and operational communications; authenticate accounts; connect authorized data sources; analyze and improve our services; comply with law; and protect the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell personal information.

SMS communications

VeraTable may send SMS text messages to restaurant and food-truck operators who explicitly opt in to receive operational and account-related communications from VeraTable. Examples may include morning briefs, operational alerts, service-risk alerts, weather-impact alerts, demand changes, labor-related operational alerts, and other business-operational notifications you request or enable.

We use mobile numbers you provide and your SMS consent records solely to deliver the VeraTable communications you have agreed to receive, to document your consent, to honor opt-out requests, and to provide support related to messaging.

We do not sell SMS consent or opt-in information.

We do not share SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers — such as SMS delivery platforms — to transmit messages on our behalf. Those providers process information only as necessary to provide messaging and related services to VeraTable and are not permitted to use your SMS consent or mobile number for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of VeraTable SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After we process your opt-out, you will no longer receive VeraTable SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at david@veratable.com.

Consent to receive VeraTable SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing VeraTable services.

Sharing and disclosure

We may disclose personal information to service providers that process data on our behalf — such as hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, database, analytics, and customer-support tools — solely to provide VeraTable’s services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Except as described in this policy, we do not sell personal information and we do not share SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage when an analytics provider is connected. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where analytics are enabled, we aim to use privacy-conscious configuration and event naming.

Retention and security

VeraTable is a business service directed to hospitality operators and is not intended for children.
